Export offers us new development opportunities. For several years, share of export has been growing both in case of the entire cosmetics industry as well as our company.
Currently, the most reliable markets are the EU countries, where the potential for natural brands and “eco” approach is significant. On the other hand, Arab countries also show great openness to cosmetic novelties and we see a lot of potential there.
The key strength of Polish exporters is a good quality of the products as well as flexible approach to the customer’s needs.
Direct contacts and transparency are equally important in building business relationships as the quality of the offer.
In our view, EU countries have a low entry barriers. Russia is an opposite example though some tiny changes for the better are also noticeable in this market. Additionally, we are proud of the presence of our products in Ukraine.
A considerable support for exporters is available thanks to EU-driven programs, focusing on participation of Polish entrepreneurs in exhibition fairs or economic missions. We are still counting very much on continuation of this approach.
